Torino have successfully negotiated a deal with Chelsea to sign Cesare Casadei for €15 million. Chelsea initially set a higher asking price but later lowered it, agreeing to a sell-on clause of over 25%. The 22-year-old midfielder has undergone his medical and will now complete his move.
